From vision & inspiration to creation! Our designer will redesign the dress according to your special requests and walk you through every process till you’re ready to say “I Do!” to Cocomelody by confirming all the details with you (such as sketching and finalizing fabric, color and size, etc.).

CREATE & DELIVER

Dreams do come true! Your dress will be handmade in one of our workshops, and we’ll provide the finished dress photos for your confirmation before the delivery. We request you to savor every second of the Unboxing (please do make sure to take pictures/videos) --- this will be a very special moment and we’ll be eager to hear how it goes!

Q:How long can I get the dress?: A:It depends on the complexity of design and the time for communication between you and Cocomelody, the timeframe will take at least 3 months. Therefore, you are highly recommended to start to customize your dress at least 6 months before your big day, please do leave ample time for any possible local alterations.

Q:Do I need to pay before seeing the final dress?: A:Yes. We will start tailoring your dress after receiving the payment, please kindly understand that the dresses are made to orders.

Q:Will the final dress be 100% the same as my referred dress photos?: A:The images are only references for our designer to learn about your needs and requirements. We do not do replica, we will redesign the dress for you accordingly and choose suitable fabrics from our fabric resource system.

Q:Could I return it if I am not satisfied with the customization?: A:Our hope is that you’re thrilled with your dress. Since each dress is unique and especially customized for you, we do not accept returns. We do reimburse some fit-related alteration expenses as help. Please refer to our return policy.
